PRINCIPLES FOR HANDLING PERSONAL DATA

(b) Data about your purchasing habits and use of our services, such as date/price and name of purchased products, including related communication with you
2.1.3 For marketing purposes, including sending commercial messages and personalized advertising:

2.2 We primarily obtain personal data directly from you (especially when concluding a contract and during the contractual relationship) and further based on your visits to our website (see the cookies section below).
3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
3.1 We primarily use your personal data for the following purposes:
(a) To conclude a contract and fulfill your order;
(b) To communicate with you and manage our contractual relationship;
(c) To analyze, evaluate, and improve our customer services;

(e) To fulfill our legal obligations; and

5.2 Your personal data may be transferred and stored within the European Economic Area (EEA), which is considered to have a comparable level of personal data protection as the Czech Republic, as well as to entities outside the EEA and providers of information or other services.
6. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND HOW WE USE THEM
6.1 Cookies are small data files necessary for the proper functioning of websites, which we store on your computer, just like most websites. These are text files that websites store on your computer or mobile device when you start using them.
6.2 Websites remember your actions and settings for a certain period, such as the contents of your shopping cart, so you do not have to re-enter them during subsequent visits or when navigating between different sections of the website.

7.1. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
(a) The right to clear, transparent, and understandable information about how we use your personal data and what your rights are.
(b) The right to access your personal data and receive additional information related to its processing by the Company.
(c) The right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
(d) The right to erase your personal data, especially if:
(i) It is no longer needed for further processing;
(ii) You have withdrawn your consent for its processing;
(iii) You have lawfully objected to its processing;
(iv) It has been processed unlawfully; or
(v) It must be deleted in accordance with legal regulations.
(e) The right to restrict the processing of your personal data, if:
(i) You contest the accuracy of your personal data while we verify its accuracy;
(ii) The processing is unlawful;
(iii) We no longer need the data, but you require it to assert your legal claims; or
(iv) You object to its processing while we assess whether our legitimate interests outweigh yours.
(f) The right to object to the processing of your personal data, if we process it:

(ii) For our legitimate interests.

8. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
8.1. To ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data, which is extremely important to us, we implement technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access and misuse, ensure the security of our IT systems, and restore data in case of an incident. Where appropriate, we use encryption to safeguard your data. All measures are regularly reviewed and updated.
8.2. Personal data processing is carried out both manually and electronically in information systems subject to physical, technical, and procedural controls. To protect data, we have implemented a security framework, including technical, organizational, and personnel measures, and we require the same level of protection from our data processors.
