Rules of the Starter Competition for 4 Family Houses – Game Rules:

1. These game rules regulate the competition for tangible prizes (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition” or individually as the “Competition”) in a general manner.

2. The announcer of the Competition is the company Lisrec Holding, with its registered office in Mauritius…… (hereinafter referred to as “Lisrec”).

3. Any natural person may participate in the Competition under the conditions stated below. In the event that the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize shall be received by a person over 18 years of age who is their legal representative. Lisrec reserves the right to set additional conditions or participation restrictions for individual Competitions (e.g. age restrictions, etc.); such additional conditions or restrictions will be published on the web portal Lisrec.com.

4. The solution to the competition question must be confirmed within the specified period together with the purchase of the relevant Lisrec collector’s stone of the chosen value on the competition page at Lisrec.com. In addition to solving the competition task and purchasing the relevant collector’s stone, the participant must state the total number of collector’s stones sold during the competition round (in which the participant is currently participating) until the goal is reached and the round is concluded. To estimate and determine the correct or approximate number of collector’s stones sold in total, the participant may use any computational tool or method. The participant may participate repeatedly in the competition round under the above conditions, with each participation allowing for a different estimate of the total number of collector’s stones sold. To purchase Lisrec collector’s stones, registration on the website Lisrec.com is required. Without fulfilling these conditions, participation in the Competition is not possible. The winner is the one who stated the correct or closest number of total collector’s stones sold in the given Competition round. In the event of multiple participants with the same winning estimate, the date and time of generation of the purchased Lisrec collector’s stone shall decide. The time of purchase of the collector’s stone will always be stated on the attached certificate of ownership of the respective Lisrec collector’s stone.
4. Competition Round – Voting: The 1st voting round will be carried out by Lisrec. The 2nd–3rd voting rounds on the winner may be participated in by all visitors of the website Lisrec.com, regardless of whether they participated in the Competition. The final 4th voting round on the winner will be voted on by participants who participated in at least one round of the Competition. The winner of the 4th round of the Competition will be selected from a group of families proposed by the Lisrec community or who have applied to be part of this group and meet the specified criteria.

5. Definition of a candidate for the winner of the 4th round of the Competition proposed by the Lisrec community: There should be a strong human story behind the selected candidates – a family whose life conditions will be significantly improved by winning the Competition and who will be helped towards an overall life restart. Since the prize is a new family house, the family participating in the Competition must either own an unsuitable house to be replaced by the new one, or possess a suitable building plot with the necessary utility networks on which the new house won in the Competition can be built.

6. All data used by the participant to identify and register themselves at any time during the Competition must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading in any way. In the event of a win, the identity of the winners, in the form of name and surname, place (approximate geographical location) of residence, may be published on television, in the press, on radio, and on the internet. Lisrec reserves the right to make an audiovisual recording with the winner for the purpose of marketing and supporting the Lisrec project. The winner’s contact information may be provided to a third party for the purpose of handing over/sending the prize. The personal data of the participants will be handled in accordance with and under the conditions stated in the personal data processing information (GDPR), available at Lisrec.com.

7. The goal of each Competition round is achieved at the moment when the financial resources needed for the successful realization of the respective stage specified for each Competition round are reached.

8. Within one round of the Competition, the participant may participate repeatedly under the above-mentioned conditions, and may state a different number of total collector’s stones sold each time. The participant may participate in all rounds of the Competition successively.

9. The results of the Competition are final and not subject to appeal.

10. The prize will be sent to the winner at the residential address provided during registration in the system or to the address the winner indicates as the location for building the family house. Prizes not collected by the winner shall be forfeited without compensation in favor of Lisrec, which is entitled to dispose of them at its own discretion.

11. The prize from the Competition cannot be legally enforced, cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can the provision of a different prize than the one specified be demanded. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Lisrec reserves the right to provide the winner with a substitute prize of a similar type and value instead of the announced prize. The winners are not entitled to claim the prize before the successful completion of the 4th round of the Competition and the launch of the full operation of the Lisrec construction system.

12. Any complaints regarding the course of the Competition may be submitted no later than 24 hours after the announcement of the results of the respective Competition. Complaints submitted after this deadline will not be considered. In the event of a proper complaint or any ambiguity or dispute related to the Competitions or these game rules, the decision of Lisrec shall be final and binding in all respects, and participants are obliged to abide by it.

13. The prize (a family house from the Lisrec construction system) is specified as a set of individual building components from which the basic version of a Lisrec family house (tiny house) can be built without accessories. The prize does not include house furnishings, utility networks, technologies, construction work, energy, land, administrative acts, permits, and fees related to the construction of the house.

14. By participating in the Competition, participants confirm that they have read and understood these game rules and the Competition conditions. If any provision of these game rules needs to be precisely interpreted or explained, Lisrec’s position is decisive and binding for interpretation.

15. Lisrec reserves the right to check all conditions for participation in the Competition, compliance with the Competition rules, and the assessment of the entitlement to the prize. If at any time during or after the Competition Lisrec discovers or has reasonable suspicion that any participant does not meet the conditions for participation in the Competition set by these game rules and/or violates or circumvents the rules set out by these game rules, Lisrec is entitled at its discretion to exclude such a participant from the Competition without further notice. If a participant designated as the winner of the Competition under these game rules is excluded, they shall not receive the prize, and if the prize has already been handed over, they are obliged to return it to Lisrec without undue delay upon request. The prize will then be awarded to the next participant in order with the closest winning estimate.

16. Lisrec reserves the right to change, modify, or supplement the Competition rules and these game rules as needed, including the possibility to extend, shorten, or cancel an individual Competition entirely, without any claims by the participants against Lisrec. This does not affect Lisrec’s right to set specific conditions for individual Competitions to the extent anticipated by these game rules without needing to formally change or modify these game rules.

Planting Boxes

Planting boxes are not limited to vegetables; they can also be used to grow herbs and various spices. The advantage is that, if necessary, the entire box can be removed and taken to the kitchen. After use, the box can be reinserted into its original place. This also allows plants to be protected from adverse weather conditions, such as frost, etc.

Façade Greenhouse

The entire construction system is a modular kit that allows for high creativity. Similarly, a small greenhouse can be created on the facade to accelerate seed germination and seedling planting. By utilizing the existing substrate box, combining aluminum tubes and food-grade plastic wrap, everything can be easily implemented at almost no cost, extending the growing season.

Material

The material from which the construction elements are made is resistant to water, acids, and other mechanical influences. It is also resistant to plant growth. All construction elements are manufactured using calibrated molds under high pressure. This ensures maximum accuracy of the entire construction system. This allows for building with millimeter precision while maintaining all right angles and flat surfaces.

Calibrated Dimensional Accuracy

All construction elements are manufactured using calibrated molds under high pressure. This ensures maximum accuracy of the entire construction system. This allows for building with millimeter precision while maintaining all right angles and flat surfaces. Thanks to the unique and simple construction system that automatically ensures precision, even a moderately skilled builder can undertake construction using only the building plan.

Connecting Pin

A connecting pin is mainly used for simple walls and partitions with a thickness of 100 mm. It is also used for fencing. The pin also ties the structure horizontally and vertically between individual layers. This is a very strong connection that can be easily disassembled if needed. Due to the properties of these joints, the structure can be easily dismantled and reused to build a new one with a different shape and layout without losing functional properties.

Horizontal Load-Bearing Structures

Horizontal load-bearing structures for floors and ceilings are made of wooden KVH beams or planks, which are firmly mechanically attached to the load-bearing walls using steel beam brackets. The beam brackets are screwed into the body of the wall and secured from the other side. On the load-bearing wooden structures, a cover made from the same material as the construction system can be simply placed.

Technical Elements

The shape of individual modules prevents splashing water from penetrating the structure and stops heat loss. The construction elements interlock and overlap. This shape allows the entire structure to be easily stacked together. When securing screws are used, they are concealed and protected under the protrusion of the second module.

Groove for Pin Insertion

A groove for pin insertion. Individual modules are interconnected using protrusions that precisely fit into the groove. These connections ensure high joint strength and maximum vertical and horizontal precision. The connection is achieved by simple insertion. The joints are extremely strong, tested in practice for hundreds of years, and can be easily disassembled if needed.

Structural Spacer with Openings

A structural spacer with openings for routing electrical distribution, data cables, water, and waste pipes. The spacer also connects the external and internal shells of perimeter and load-bearing walls. The openings are sized up to 110 mm for routing waste pipes with a standard diameter suited for residential houses and medium-sized operations. In cases of higher loads, the situation can be managed with parallel distributions connected outside the building or by utilizing the technical gap in the vertical direction up to a dimension of 250 mm.

Mounting Facade Elements

Mounting facade elements can be easily removed, and the openings can be sealed with plugs. Everything is designed as a simple, mechanically strong system utilizing grooves and special pins. When planning a vertical garden or other elements on the facade, a special module designed for facade elements must be used during the construction of the building’s outer shell.

Exchangeable Substrate Box

An exchangeable substrate box made of vermicompost for growing ornamental plants and food on the facade. It allows for the cultivation of various vegetables, including potatoes. When harvesting individual foods, the box can be easily replaced with a new one containing fresh seedlings, allowing continuous cultivation without affecting other crops. The boxes are made from the same material as the Lisrec construction system. They are resistant to water, acids, and other mechanical influences.

Interior Surface Treatment

Interior surface treatment can be carried out using drywall boards without the need for steel profiles, which significantly reduces costs and shortens the installation time. The wall surfaces are perfectly even, and it is sufficient to simply screw on the boards and finish with gypsum putty. All fixtures such as sockets and switches are easily embedded into drilled openings, just as with drywall, and connected to already prepared electrical wiring.

Structural Openings

Construction openings allow for separate vertical distribution of electricity and data cables without mutual interference. The cables are also protected. Cable routes in the structure are thus fixed, making it possible to calculate and prepare exact lengths of individual cables. This allows the builder to prepare most of the work themselves, leaving only the connection to be done by a specialist.

Technological Penetrations

For horizontal routing of larger water, waste, and electrical distributions, the spacer has openings with diameters of up to 110 mm. Other technologies can also be routed through these openings. Everything is again filled with loose thermal insulation or another material.

Horizontal Distribution

In cases where horizontal distribution of water, waste, and electrical wiring is required, prepared openings are used, which are then filled with loose thermal insulation or another loose material. They can also remain empty for ventilation purposes.

Structural Spacer

The structural spacer connects external and internal construction elements. It is used for load-bearing and perimeter walls. It has openings for electrical distribution, data cables, water, and waste pipes. The openings filled with loose insulation also prevent thermal bridges between the external and internal wall shells. It is connected to other elements by simple mutual insertion.

Technical Gap

The technical gap between the external and internal shells of the perimeter wall is filled with loose thermal insulation or another loose material according to the climate zone to increase thermal resistance. It can also remain empty for additional use in ventilating the building's structure.

Basic Construction Module

The same modules as those used on other surfaces are used on the external side of the load-bearing perimeter wall. The openings in them can be filled with thermal insulation, thereby increasing the overall thermal resistance of the perimeter wall. If additional elements need to be attached to the building's facade, a special module must be used.

Structural Spacer

A short structural spacer is used for zig-zag vertical interconnection of additional spacers to ensure that individual horizontal layers are firmly connected. This prevents any risk of layers not being securely tied together. It is also used for finishing the height of the wall. It connects the external and internal shells of the building wall.

Water and Waste Distribution

Openings in the structural modules allow for vertical distribution of water and waste even in a simple partition wall with a thickness of 100 mm. The gaps between the distributions and the walls are filled with loose thermal insulation or another material, depending on the climate zone. It is also possible to leave the gaps empty and use them for ventilation.

Final surface

In case it is necessary to create a surface on the wall similar to traditional masonry, the wall is primed, and after drying, construction adhesive with reinforcing fabric is applied. The adhesive that penetrates the fabric is smoothed to an even level. Once the surface hardens, the final stucco plaster and paint can be applied.
