At the beginning of September 2024, we attended a conference on the topic “Modularity in Our Lives.” We had the opportunity to meet specialists in modular construction, and the day after the conference, we visited the KOMA Modular production plant, where we went through all the processes.
On this occasion, we also discussed the possibilities of implementing their solutions in the planned construction of a modular factory for plastic processing and the production of the Lisrec construction system.
This presents an opportunity to quickly respond to waste recycling needs in target locations and to meet the demand of our partners as we expand the network of Lisrec production plants.

In the production plant, individual technologies for processing the plastic-sand composite will be permanently installed into separate containers, including all electrical wiring, circuit protection, and other necessary technologies. These fully equipped containers will then be transported to the designated location. When assembling the container modules at the future factory site, their interconnection will form a complete production line as well as a manufacturing hall.

If the factory needs to be relocated, the container units can be disassembled and transported to a new location. This modular solution ensures fast construction, flexible production capacity, and waste processing adjustments, while maintaining the same level of user comfort and social facilities across all Lisrec production plants.
