When we talk about equality, a lot of people start to shift uncomfortably in their seats.
As if it’s some kind of extra. Something “for those nice companies with an umbrella and a picture of a tree on their website.” But honestly? Equality isn’t just for show. It’s the foundation. And if someone hasn’t realized that yet, they really should attend this conference. Maybe next time.
Equal Pay Day 2025 was exactly the kind of event we at Lisrec appreciate — where people speak out, directly and without sugar-coating. And that’s how we like it. No “maybe it would be good if…” but rather “this needs to change — and it needs to start now.”
We met people there from big corporations, global giants — and guess what? Things are happening there too. Even there, people are looking for ways to be fairer, more open, more equal.
And yes, we talked about our project, Lisrec. And about how change doesn’t just concern HR spreadsheets — it’s about rethinking the whole system.
Because if we want the world to keep functioning at all, we need equality not just in pay, but in thinking. In how we approach the planet, each other, the future.
And this isn’t some management workshop. This is pure logic.
